T.R. offers both EDITORIAL & ADVERTISING usage fees, take care do not confuse when selecting in the first drop down menu because prices for the same picture/usage is different each other

Final price is based according the usage of pictures, you select usage details, print run, size, location, period length and start date by the provided drop down menu, if you´re agree with the displayed price then, you can add the picture to your shopping cart, once the payment has been completed online the picture/s will be available for instant download from My Account link at the main menu.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES:

Please note that none of the available pictures in T.R Image Bank has model release nor properties releases, consequently those rights are not granted/offered on sales or downloaded pictures from T.R.

This is specially important with pictures where faces of people may be recognizable. It is your responsibility if those releases / rights are required and you use the picture/s without the required written agreement of the photographed people / properties owners, please select a different picture or ask us before proceed if you are uncertain about it. Paco Feria / T.R are not responsible for bad usages about those or any other third part rights.

These rules are only for advertising usage of the pictures and have not application when pictures are used for EDITORIAL purposes.

The usage terms will be printed in your invoice and sent to you after every purchase online. it will be a legal agreement contract between you and T.R.

All pictures in T.R. are granted just for - ONE TIME USE - This means that you can use the image for one type of publication. If you use the image in a brochure, you do not have the right to then create a new product such as a magazine and which uses the same image. You need buy different licenses for any diferent usage of the picture.

All licences are granted for a month exclusivity as default with no charges , you must choose through the Start Date drop down menu option when you want this period started, the allowed usage will end a month later of the chosen date , if more time is needed , 3, 6 12 months or several years then prices will increased proportionally. this means that during that time period the picture/s that you purchased will not be sold to any other one in the same country / industry, this notice info will appears always in T.R besides to the purchased pictures during the licensed period of time. You choose this exclusivity time period through the available Exclusivity Period drop down menu.

If you select None in the Exclusivity Period drop down menu then, you will be granted for a month license as default according the terms described above

Example:
If you buy picture/s whose licence includes 1 year period usage and whose started date is 01/01/2008 to be used/published in the USA and for a given industry then, from such date to 01/01/2009, the following message will be showed besides to the purchased pictures when displayed in T.R.

Rights: Not available for USA / industry? until 01/01/2009

So you are guaranteed that any other media/client will not use the same picture during that time in the area/industry where the picture is being used/published. All is about the level of exclusivity you wish for your purchased images.

PD - We suggest you use the Licensing feature available in T.R for security, fluency and fastness reasons in order to buy pictures Online in T.R , but if you have another preferred method for payments do not doubt contact us to find a solution which fit your needs. Please note that it may delay availability of the pictures because payment must be completed before use them.
